This course is designed for those looking to improve or review aspects of their yoga practice. It is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Modifications will be suggested  according to your level of experience and particular needs in your body.

Every class is unique, focusing on a theme or a combination of them:
Giving mobility and strength to a specific area of the body
Pace of movement
Synchronisation of breath and movement
Mental awareness while moving your body
Introduction to other practices: restorative yoga, meditation and breathing techniques​​​​​​​
